Co-founded a tech startup focused on improving the visibility and accessibility of wellness services through mobile technology. As CTO, I oversee all technical decisions and lead small development team.
- Architected and developed a cross-platform mobile application, initially building a demo for iOS using SwiftUI and Firebase, later driving the migration to React Native for improved multi-platform support (iOS & Android)
- Lead technical architecture design and maintain clear technical documentation
- Develop and maintain features in the React Native codebase with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and shared business logic across platforms
- Work with cloud-based services and databases supporting authentication, data persistence, and data flows used in billing and business decision-making
- Coordinate development tasks and collaborate closely with the team in a small startup environment
- Manage budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning alongside technical responsibilities
